What we collect and why

Enquiry forms: name, email, company, phone, matter details and the information you choose to provide, processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding. Newsletter: your email address and consent record, processed on the basis of consent. Career applications: your contact details, CV and cover note, processed on the basis of consent. Cookie consent: your consent choices and a timestamp, processed to document compliance.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become matters are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Career applications are retained for 6 months unless you agree to a longer period. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Consent logs are retained for 2 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@larsen-law.dk.

Supervisory authority

Processors and transfers
